I'm not blinded. You and Himeka both used High Magic and runes and got a response, from what we know in this sphere that is evidence of the gods. I'm not saying it's impossible there are other creatures or entities here, but this is from our active experience here.

I attempted to use High Magic but I was speaking out loud. Anything listening nearby could've heard or sensed it and picked up on it to play a game.

That's really the biggest sign that they could be one of this world's gods.

It doesn't seem very normal that the vampires commune with gods. There is some argument to be made then that this is a unique one. Perhaps more directly tied with the artifact. I looked again at the pantheon and see no one who would stand out for that tone.

It might be. But I did make some 'comment' about about being trapped in the Horizon Labyrinth in thinking they might be connected and they thought it amusing.

So if they're trapped in an iteration of that domain or that artifact, they're quite the hypocrite.

It seems much more likely they are very aware and playing around. To what end, I wonder. And did the person who call upon them know much of anything? If we're dealing with vampires, they might be an amateur at this. Which calls me to mind what happened with the heralds in the first place. People not knowing what they were doing and enticing three gods to come cause havoc.
