Next time try breathing exercises with her and grounding techniques. She needs to be present in her own body, feet on the ground, air in the lungs, centered. It's not a cure but it can help when overwhelmed.

It will, until she learns how to use them. It won't be as bad around here, she won't have to worry about the psychic imprint of the dead, but she's probably picking up on people's minds and memories all over the place in the castle.
