Istredd is not all that different in the future, having already expected to live many centuries in his normal lifespan. He is a little more distant and distracted, having turned his library domain into an enormous center space of information. Now with access to knowledge of every part of the world, plus collecting data over the centuries, it is full of everything someone could go looking for.

He is content to spend his time researching and learning more about the world. He goes flying with the dragons regularly and likes living in the Nether with his partner Lucifer. He's maintained strong emotional connections over the years and cares a great deal about everyone. He doesn't interact too much with humanity but he is a god that will respond to prayers and tries to be helpful. He is hands off though and doesn't follow up or think much about consequences.

For now, he's enjoying a life of quiet and books with his lovers, close friends, and the dragons. Istredd is still passionate about the Singularity and spends part of his time in the Godlands.

Istredd has a few looks that he goes for and people might run across them. As his god form, he is usually large with white wings and his skin appears to be made of constellations and stars. This is similar to his illusioned costume from the Feywilds masquerade, but those swirling starlight colors are now on his skin. He either dresses nicely on top of his night sky skin and with his wings, sometimes with a helmet if he feels like masking his thoughts. Otherwise it is his normal human face on top of his new skin and his blazing blue eyes glow.

Istredd's wings are reminiscent of angel wings and he uses them to fly regularly. He prefers to fly over teleporting whenever possible. When in his library, he may look closer to the human scholar he used to be, mostly to keep his wings from knocking over bookshelves, but his skin is either his usual brown or the glowing stars. His hair when he has it is usually white to match the wings.

Istredd's almost entirely forgotten about his time in his sphere. The Brotherhood is a completely faded memory and while he might have a strange reaction to eels, like some part of himself echoes, he doesn't remember any of it in detail. He's continued the relationships with people from his sphere and with Yennefer, and he knows they're all connected, but that part of his life is so far behind.

Notes to get more into later: Istredd and Yennefer were petty bitches about Thorne and encouraged them to be taken over. He's still petty about it. At one point Lucifer crossed a line with Sabine and Jack, and Istredd was angry at him about it for a while. Sabine forgave Lucifer faster than Jack and Istredd did. It didn't stop him from being devoted to Lucifer no matter what though and they eventually moved to the Nether as they both enjoyed the Draconae and the dragons.

Istredd's focus has been on building his library as a huge resource for everything in the Horizon, but he also has inspired people to build libraries in all locations on the earth. He's cultivated scholars and supported them. He has a cult of scholars that he blesses frequently and doesn't realize they are a cult who worships him exclusively. Istredd gives away too much sometimes, sharing information with people who might not use it well, and Lucifer follows up to wipe minds when necessary. This disregard for consequences may have led to at least one dangerous weapon being made through his inspiration. Whoops.

At some point he, Kyle, and Lucifer started hooking up and have established both their continued conspiracy trio friendship that occasionally is romantic. Istredd is happy about it. He maintains good relationships with his castmates and Ciri has forgiven him for his slights in the far past.

Abilities

Illumination & Inspiration

Istredd's specific skills as an illuminator of information speaks to his god domain. He can draw his worshippers to knowledge they are seeking using literal lights, fluttering pages to the right place, or leading them toward locations that may have forbidden books they are looking for. He can bestow the ability to have a sudden idea that helps make a discovery, like a light bulb going up over someone's head. He is often a god called upon by scholars as he inspires them to greater truths and finding answers they seek.

Illusions

Istredd's illusions were always impressive but now they are near indistinguishable from reality depending on what he's created. Humans have almost no ability to see past the intricate nature of his designs, and some gods can even be fooled (with permission). These illusions range anything from simply disappearing himself from view, entire sections, masking buildings or people, or designing something beautiful and fantastical.

Shielding

Istredd's always been strong with shields but now he has the ability to put a protective barrier around entire villages that is very difficult to come down. These can look invisible or visible as a warning, depending on his reason for doing it. His strongest shields surround himself or his closest friends, and those are nigh unbreakable when he puts his full energy into it. He can put bubbles around his worshippers when they need it.

Maddening Darkness

Once a gain from the Singularity, Istredd's 'Blind' ability now takes form in a full darkness descending upon the area, blacking out the world around him. This will make it impossible for people to see or to read unless his illuminated words appear to lead them somewhere. He uses this on people who he feels have misled him or are using his blessings in negative ways, as a warning to them that he could make it permanent if they do not shape up.

Stun

Using his advanced telekinesis, Istredd can throw out a telekinetic blast from his position that ripples across a full area, knocking people off their feet or forcing them to tumble to the ground. It is not only a physical reaction but a mental one as they will feel shaken and confused, unable to stand until they collect themselves for a few minutes.

Advanced Memorization

At this point in time, Istredd's memorization abilities encompass enough for his now enormous library. He is connected to every book and piece of information in his library, whether it's added by him or someone else, so he can tap into what feels like an endless source of information whenever he needs.
