Istredd doesn't know if that means that Dean is in there or if this is an entirely different person. He doesn't know how it goes with demons from Lucifer's sphere, but he would know best. It probably is a mixed reality of yes him and no him at the same time. Nothing is ever easy.

If he could teleport himself he probably already would have and wouldn't just be messing around in the Horizon, as far as Istredd knows. Both he and Lucifer have the ability to portal away instead of causing conflict. He runs his thumb along Lucifer's palm.
"Promise me we'll leave and not fight." If Lucifer gets instigated into a fight with Dean, Istredd will back him up, they both know that, this is where it all began. Giving up his revenge plan.
