[ Istredd can tell by the dimmed static that Lucifer unconsciously knows that he's back so he quietly closes the door and locks it.
The cat creature does decide to come to him only to sit very flatly on his chest so any attempt from Istredd to move will only bother it. A very wise choice to get someone to sit still, whether intentional or not by the lazy beast.
He does shoot a look over at his sleeping friend that has all the softness and adoration that he usually tries to dampen where he can see, and then he too sleeps. ]
